We are available to provide e-mail support as you prepare and file your tax returns. Secure email tied to your return is available from your Dashboard page when you log into your return. Find it listed under Account Maintenance. Use the secure email if you have specific questions about your return, or need to disclose personal information. For other questions, send your questions by email to customer.service@efiletaxreturns.com. Please do not send your social security number when using the customer.service address.

Our free support consists of our answer to your emailed questions within 24 hours of receipt of your question.  Support is limited to technical advice on how to use this software to process your tax return. Links to resources at www.irs.gov & state websites are available throughout the program.
